- Availability / Shipping
- All orders are sent as soon as possible. All the stock products are delivered within 5-6 working days as the validity of your order is evidenced. All the hand-made products, such as leather and rubber goods, jewels, dolls e.t.c. are delivered within 10-15 days, nearly. There is a small possibility for an additional delay as to the delivery time during holidays. For countries outside the European Union 2 to 5 days have to be added, as the case may be. Both the sending and delivery is upon debit in collaboration with the Hellenic Post based on the form of a registered package under receipt. You can quote the shipping costs before checkout. If a product cannot be provisionally distributed or a manufacturing delay is evidenced, your order remains valid and you will be informed by email as to the delivery date. If the products are sold out and cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed by email that the sending cannot be carried out while its credit card will not be debited. No compensation can be claimed due to the above reason. In case of a damage or loss during transfer, trusttheboys.com has no responsibility while any indemnification is charged to the product transport company. For orders of more than one products, trusttheboys.com has the right for a partial delivery with no additional transport charges..

- Returns
- We are sure that you will be satisfied by our products, in the case of return the following are valid: You will send an email to our company with your application including the original code numbers of your order, name, address in order to apply ( by email ) any further information about your application. . If any damage is occurs to the product during its return to us, it is exclusively charged on the customer. The product has to be returned to us within 7 days starting the date of the receipt, and must be intact in its original package. All the products have to be returned to the company’s address, while any dispatch charges will be paid by the customer. Any money return will be credited to your credit card minus packaging and dispatch charges. Any specific custom made order [such as Dolls] cannot be returned.
